[cobalt-users] SNPP On Raq3i

Did a port scan on our Raq3i, and port 444 (SNPP) came up.

Now, I'm just curious as to why this is started by default.  Also 
curious as to the consequences (if any) of shutting it off.  Don't like
having unused, potentially exploitable ports open on my machines. :)
