[cobalt-users] BAD Problem with Email and Slow Response

I am not sure what is going on but one of my email accounts keeps failing.
I get

-ERR POP EOF received when I check that account.

I also noticed that a web site that uses CGI is not REALLY SO.  It had been
working great.  I even tried to reboot.  Any suggestions?
