I had this problem two months ago...we got to about 450 megs of Operating
and System disk space then the RaQ croaked. We were no longer able to
telnet in to it, check e-mail, or access the web interface... In our
case, it wasn't logfiles or temp space, because I checked those. We
contacted Cobalt support about a month before the thing died and we are
still waiting to get a response (but the important thing is I am not
bitter ;+}) -- we even let them log in to try to detemrine which files
could be deleted.
We wound up migrating our customers to a RaQ2, we also had Cobalt support
overnite us a RaQ Restore disk, and when it arrived 5 days later (no lie)
we converted our RaQ1 into a RaQ2.
The moral of this story is: Make sure you have a good current
backup...because your machine is going to crash ;+}.
