Sun provides a Linux version now (JDK 1.2.2) which appears to work w/o
problems on the RaQ3 system.  Check out http://www.javasoft.com and
follow the Linux links on the front page.

Also, if you are looking for a package which operates on the RaQ2, check
out Kaffe (JDK 1.1.6 I believe).  There are packages on
ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com which have been tested on a Qube2 (also mips
based).
