Download into a directory (for example /tmp).

as root:

rpm --rebuild /tmp/fwhois-1.00-8.src.rpm

Then it will unpack the source, build the binary rpm, and place it in
/usr/src/redhat/RPMS/<arch>/fwhois-1.00-8.<arch>.rpm (where arch = mips or i386)
If you want it build, it will tell you where if place the binary rpm.
It will also clean up the build, so no extra files are left mucking up your
disk space.

rpm -Uvh /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/<arch>/fwhois-1.00-8.<arch>.rpm

delete the src rpm.

rm -f /tmp/fwhois-1.00-8.src.rpm

Hope that helps you :)
