Maybe nobody backs up the whole server - only user files.Oh Dear!

All I want to do is to push a button and backup config files, and
then to be able to press a button marked "restore" and have the config files
restored - and then see that the backup has worked.
A week ago I identified a very helpful chap employed I believe by cobalt
europe.
After some effort we eventually managed to do scheduled backups of config
files
to the raq2 itself, and then downloading them to a remote PC. This was
fine, I
thought we had solved the problem. Yesterday I received the dreaded message -
the attempt to restore the config files to a standby raq2 had failed. The
problem
had been passed to a cobalt specialist in US of A and an answer expected
today.
No message yet.
You find it hard to believe, Lew. I find it unbelievable. This is elementary
stuff
you would have thought. I desperately need an answer to my very simple
problem.
What chance have you got.
