Hello Taki, I have had PHP3 + MySQL installed on my RaQ2 before installing
the kernel update. I used the php3 + mysql from the Cobalt FTP site.

Some days ago I installed the kernel update without any problems. I just
tested php3 and mysql and it works fine!

Yes - absolutely required!
