[cobalt-users] CGIEMAIL Install Problem (5th Send)

If the list is receiving these messages please excuse me because I am
receiving no confirmation of the post via E-mail or the list.

My server is a Cobalt RaQ2.

Supposedly the cgiemail program is correctly installed and configured in my
/home/httpd/cgiemail-1.6 directory. I have both the /web/cgi-local and the
cgiemail.cgi file set to chmod 755. Everything seems to be set up properly
but i keep getting the following error no matter what I do. Any help would
be greatly appreciated.
