ETRN is used with queuing SMTP mail for delivery over a dial-up connection.
The ETRN command is a request from the remote client for the server to
release the queued SMTP mail. I appears that ns.architec.co.uk is
requesting a queue dump from your server and your server is rejecting it
because it is not setup for queuing of SMTP.
That is what it looks like anyway....
