I just installed my first Raq3 and the TX/RX light
flickers solid (not bright, tons of traffic solid but still solid) even though
no traffic is on the port. It appears that it's in auto-negotiation all the
time. My switch is an unmanaged HP ProCurve 2224. It doesn't seem to be
affecting throughput and it doesn't show up as traffic on the interface. If the
light wasn't going bonkers I would even suspect a problem. If I put the Raq3 on
a 10BT port it works properly. I have a Raq2 on the same switch and it works
fine.
Can I force 100BT full-duplex on the Raq3 side
being that I can disable auto-negotiation on the switch? Or do I ignore the
binkin' light?
