[cobalt-users] Yellow light 'Problem'

The site disk usage on one domain only, is yellow, yet the quota is not met.
I've submitted a question to Cobalt 4 days ago and nothing; imagine that.
How can I get rid of this yellow light without rebooting???? Thanks in
