[cobalt-users] Important!! sending email?

I have a small query I would like to know.

How can I setup my servers so when a user sends a email it sends a COPY of
that email to a specific address that i asign and also continues to send the
email to the recipient?

I want to do this for every email from a domain.

How can I do this ?
