Well traditionally it is always best to have your users pick one way, FTP
or FP, you can't have it both ways. however what we have done to fix that
is to remove FP extensions and then add them back in. If that does not
work, telnet into the raq, su - to root and then go to their directories.
Remove all FP created directories in their user html root
directory.....usually anything that has and _ in front of it. One you
have removed those directories you will be able to add FP extensions once
again.
