[cobalt-users] "Catch All" with a few limits

Is there a way to have a catch all that only catches emails that aren't
addressed to a POP3 account such as like asdsdsfgjsdfhksdhf@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
being sent to webmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx but if they send it to
johndoe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx (whom has a POP3), that it only be sent to johndoe's
address and not be sent to webmaster.
