You guys realize that you could change that if you want.  Its a fairly
simple procedure--you have to edit the httpd.conf and change the permissions
on the home directory.

Further, I would suggest creating a symbolic link called something like
'public_html' or 'website' in each of the admin's folders that just link to
../../web.  That way its similar to most other ISPs and its pretty obvious.
