All the domains hosted on one of my servers are having the same problem.

If someone is the site administrator, they should be able to FTP in
and then go back on the document tree two levels and up-date their
web site.

If you login via FTP to any admin account and try and go back to the
root "Web" folder, it just sits there and will not let you in.

The admin automattically logs into the user folder and can't go back.
If you look in the FTP remote side, it clearly say's "/web" but not the root
web folder, the user folder..

It acts as if you don't have privileges

Any ideas?
