[cobalt-users] PHP and MSQL on a Raq 2

Hello

Having downloaded these on to my FTP site in the path
/home/sites/home/web/PHP:
	MySQL-3.22.21-2C1.mips.rpm
    	MySQL-client-3.22.21-2C1.mips.rpm
    	MySQL-devel-3.22.21-2C1.mips.rpm
   	mod_php3-3.0.7-1C2.mips.rpm
   	mod_php3-doc-3.0.7-1C2.mips.rpm

The commands to install it seem not to work:

In the PHP directory, logg'd in as Su I typed:

# rpm -hUv
ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/experimental/mod_php3-3.0.7-1C2.mips.rpm
# rpm -hUv
ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/experimental/mod_php3-doc-3.0.7-1C2.mips.rpm

/THis just brought me back to the cursor with no sign of system
rebooting.....
Can someone on the list suggest where to start and where I am going wrong.
