Firstly setup the default machine name as your ns1.
set up a second account going to a different ip address..
ns2.yourdomain.com
then setup the dns for it:
Reverse PTR records for both, and a secondary ns record pointing to
ns2.yourdomain.com for both naming servers.
once that's done you have both naming servers setup.
then just create each account you want pointing to a another ip (use the
same ip for all your accounts if you want to do namebased hosting).
for each account, use a reverse PTR record, an A record to point to
www.yourdomain.com, an mx record for the mail and a secondary ns record
for the secondary naming server.
