[cobalt-users] FTP question

Hi,
When i'm adding a user it's create a pop and open web dir at:
/home/sites/home/users/USER

How can i create ftp account to:
/home/sites/site1/web/USER 

or something like that ??

And, Can i create POP without FTP ?
