Hi Steve,
There is no built-in limit to the number of accounts that you can host
with a RaQ2 or RaQ3. However, you will start to see performance
degradation on that host -- which, if you only use the host as an
email server (a POP server), shouldn't be an issue for you. If
performance becomes a problem, you can always "buy two, they're small."
