[cobalt-users] majordomo broken on Raq2

Majordomo stopped working on my Raq2. When someone posts to a list, the
email never shows up or bounces back. The maillog shows the following error
for each attempt:

Feb  6 18:51:38 www sendmail[997]: SAA00997:
to="|/usr/local/majordomo/wrapper resend -l artcartest_site17
artcartest_site17-list", delay=00:00:01, xdelay=00:00:01,
mailer=prog, stat=unknown mailer error 2

Has anybody else had this problem or know how to fix it?
