I can't believe it, the RaQ3 OS Update is gone again, replaced 
with each individual security update.

Is Cobalt using this list as their Beta Test Bed? Or do they
actually have any Beta Testers out their!? Maybe they should 
loan out, a couple of RaQ's to the experience people on this 
list (not me), then these RaQ can be tested before releasing
any updates, that will cause problems for our clients.
