I can only speak from personal experience. Before I had 32 domains on a RAQ
I did that. Then later when admin could no longer upload because of the 32
domain limit, the permissions got messed up and I would get CGI Wrap errors.
When I uploaded as the siteadmin, the CGI Wrap errors went away. I had been
overcoming the problem with .htaccess files, but when I discoverd that
uploading as the siteadmin eliminated the problem, I stopped relying on the
.htaccess files.
