Is your server a RaQ2 or RaQ3?  AFAIK there is no hard limit on these
servers, though the RaQ1 has a hard limit of 75.  I have a RaQ2 with 110
sites and I haven't come close to 200 yet so I don't know for sure.  Did you
recently have a problem adding the 201st site and if so what error did you
get?
