Yeah, it looks like the RaQ1 (aka RaQ) systems _always_ check disk
quotas at boot time.  For example, I am now installing the kernel update
on my RaQ1s, and each one is taking at least 10 minutes to reboot.  The
RaQ2 and RaQ3 don't seem to have this problem (I've been doing nothing
but getting all of my RaQs up to date WRT software packages today).

You can never have enough backup power.  We just upgraded from a 70kva
to a 400kva generator, so now we can run our entire office (so support,
billing, sales, etc. don't shut down) for up to three days (with a full
tank of fuel).  If the power is out for longer than that, everything
will have to be shutdown if we can't get a truck here to fill us up.
Parts of town here have been without power for as much as a week after
an ice storm (at which time you probably can't get fuel delivered
either).
