[cobalt-users] Error retrieving remote email

I receive the following email many times a day:

To: sys@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Subject: Error retrieving remote mail

An error has occured attempting to retrieve remote email.
Please correct this error as soon as possible.
Cannot connect to the remote email server

My Qube 2 is configured to retrieve email from my ISP every 15 minutes.
However, I don't receive the above error email EVERY time the Qube checks
email. I suspect that I am getting this error message so often because my
ISP isn't responding to the Qube's requests quick enough. Is there any way
to tell the Qube to wait longer for a response from my ISP? I thought if I
could tweak this setting, I'd stop getting these errors.

Any help would be appreciated.
