There isn't one. Hotmail is web based. If it was POP-3 Microsoft wouln't
benefit as there would be noone viewing their adverts and they'd have to
resort to less effective advertising footers.
However. If you look on http://www.freshmeat.net/ you can find (somewhere)
perl scripts which will pick up the mail from the web interface of Hotmail
and forward to a POP-3 box somewhere else.
