[cobalt-users] Altering Personal User Access RAQ2

Can somebody point me to the internal file that is shown upon PERSONAL USER
log-on? (www.domain.com/personal).

We'd like user to be able to change mail forwarding address or vacation
message, but not see the left web related/backup buttons.

Anybody experienced problems editing that template?
