Large apologies, if this message posts 3 times. It has been 6 hours from my

This will be my last attempt at posting this question.

---------------------------------

Greetings,

My wife has just purchased a RaQ3 and it is co-located. She would like to
use Cobalt's "Management Interface" to set up a Primary DNS server on this
machine, and continue to use the same machine for virtual sites. I have
attempted to instruct her on this setup using telnet, instead of the
interface, but she would rather do it her way (imagine that!?).

Ok, so here is the background. Any assistance would be appreciated:

Server Management:
General Settings:

Host Name: ns0
Domain Name: foobar.net
Primary DNS Server Address: 111.111.111.111
Secondary DNS Server Address: 222.222.222.222
Default Gateway: 333.333.333.333

Interface Settings - Network 1
IP Address: 111.111.111.111
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
MAC Address: unimportant
-------------------------------------------------

Server Management
DNS Settings for foobar.net
(SOA Configuration):
Primary Name Server Host Name: ns0.foobar.net
Secondary Name Server Host Name: ns2.granitecanyon.com
Domain Admin Email: admin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Refresh Interval: 10800
Retry Interval: 3600
Expire Interval: 604800
TTL: 86400

ns0.foobar.net -> 111.111.111.111
111.111.111.111/24 -> ns0.foobar.net
111.111.111.111/24 -> www.foobar.net

-------------------------------------

Server Management
Site Management:
Virtual Site List
Host Name: ns0.foobar.net
IP Address: 111.111.111.111

Host Name: www.foobar.net:
IP Address: 111.111.111.111

---------------------------------------------

Primary and Secondary DNS are listed correctly with InterNic
Primary: ns0.foobar.net
Second: ns2.granitecanyon.com

Attempting to access site as www.foobar.net, times out with cannot find
server or DNS host.
Attempting to access site as foobar.net, times out with cannot find server
or DNS host.
Attempting to access site as 111.111.111.111 works fine

Please,
What is wrong with this setup, and how does she fix it?
She won't let me telnet into server to check out the files!

Thanks, for any help you can provide.
