[cobalt-users] Problem with FTP/Siteadmin on RAQ3

Hello and good day.  I have just set up several RaQ 3's and have had a 
problem brought to my attention on one of these.  One user is set as a 
siteadmin, however he is stuck in his personal directory and cannot update hi 
site.  The first problem was that there were multiple site-admins and this 
was conflicting, however I would think multiple admins are allowed?  Any 
ideas or solutions will be greatly appreciated.

a recap:

1)  Site admin is stuck in personal directory
2)  RAQ 3 is seemingly having a conflict when multiple admins are set.
