[cobalt-users] Mailing List / News group for majordomo

Does anybody know if there's a mailing list or news group for the majordomo
app ? I need to find someone who is familiar with configuring. Cobalt
support wants to have money for a configuration.

(I would like to have all error messages from a mailing list on my raq2
going to the respective site owner, not to me, the server admin).
