Id did have that problem, but not related to the security patcy.  I removed
front page capability from the site, then re-enabled it.  After that I was
able to enable front page on the new users.  I can't say what caused the
problem.

After I have already installed RaQ2-Security-2.94.pkg to my RAQ2, Siteadmin
can't enable FP user web anymore. Does anyone have the same problem ?
