I suppose you could run the backup function and then delete all the files in
the /web directory and replace it with any index.html file you like.
Changing their password and removing any forwarding from their POP3 would
hold their mail. I suppose you could create a new user, with the old user
name, if being used for an email address, as an alias, along with any other
aliases. Then put a "vacation message" in that the, "service is temporarily
suspended." You need to be careful about what language you use because of
certain laws regarding credit and collections.
I viewed the source of a page that came up blank on a web site last week and
found, "Site suspended for non-payment." in the HTML code.
