analog is the web statistics program used on the RaQs.  analog.dns is a
name resolution cache that reduces load on your DNS servers while
accelerating web log analysis.  Check to see if analog is running, "ps
aux | grep analog".  If no analog processes are displayed, you're free
to delete this file.
