Somewhere in my collection of almost useless trivia I've got a piece of 
paper that says I've got a degree in psychology <smile>.  I seem to 
remember the definition of stress as the affect of not being able to live 
up to our own expectations.  So should they just keep striving, or lower 
their expectations?  Which would you have them do <smile>?
