Hi Group,
I recently transferred a domain to my Raq2 for hosting purposes. I made the
appropriate DNS entries on the Raq2 (No CNAMES) and also changed the name
servers at Internic.
When I type in the domain url in my browser, it takes me to the default
Cobalt welcome screen. No Problem. But when I try to send email with the
users I have added, I receive the following message in Outlook Express:
The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by
the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'bjamin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx'. Subject
'test', Account: 'www.wearewebhosting.com', Server:
'www.wearewebhosting.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '554 rewrite:
excessive recursion (max 50), ruleset 3', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server
Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC79
The domain I am working with is comcorpusa.com.
When I enter the old (original) mail information for the user, ie pop server
name, smtp, I can check and recieve email that is sent to the user.
The domain transfer only went through in the last day or so. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Ben
