Hello,
Sorry about the delay in getting to the list about this. The problem
here is that RaQ3-Update-1.0 was never installed, and a check was not
put into the update verify this dependency. Making the problem worse is
the fact that RaQ3-Update-1.0 was never posted to Cobalt's web site. I
am currently working to get this update posted to the web site now.
This update has been loaded on every new RaQ 3 since Nov., not many RaQ
3s did not have this update loaded. If you need a copy please download
it from:
ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/users/jeffb/RaQ3-Update-OS-1.0.pkg
*NOTE: This is not an experimental release
After you install Update 1.0 you can load
http://ftp.cobalt.com/pub/packages/raq3/eng/RaQ3-Security-2.2.pkg and
will not cause any problems on your system.
If you have already installed RaQ3-Security-2.2.pkg type the following
as root: /var/lib/cobalt/uninstallers/RaQ3-Security-2.2-2.2.uninst then
re-install the update.
