[cobalt-users] ABUSE email refused

Look what I got while trying to let Cobalt know their list was 
misconfigured to allow vacation notices:

An unknown abuse address is in direct violation of RFCs.  Can I get 
cobalt.com blocked from much of the Internet?  Probably.

Should I?
