You need to edit the file '/usr/local/majordomo/config_parse.pl'.  In this
file there is a section that says

        'maxlength',            '40000',   # Set max article length

Change the 40000 to 40000000. and you are fine!

There is an option in Majorcool (if you're using this ...) which defines the
max length for a message, set basically to 40 000 characters.
