Please forward to the list a complete returned message, including all 
headers.  Is this only happening when sending mail to one domain, or to all 
domains?  Try sending me email directly, so I can look at headers.

My guess is that you're sending out email to a domain or domains that won't 
accept email unless the domain it's coming from has either forward or 
reverse DNS resolution, and that YOUR return address cannot be properly 
found in DNS OR your IP# does not reverse-resolve.
