[cobalt-users] RaQ3 - Email .forward problem

This problem is happening sporatically, yet at least once on
a daily basis. I have a .forward file for a particular user
which sends each email messages to two different addresses.
One copy get's sent to a user's address on the server and
another copy is sent to the user's ISP address. Almost
everyday now at least one of the copy messages that goes to
the user's ISP email address comes back as "service
unavailable". Yet not every forwarded email message bounces
back when going to the ISP address. It only happens to just
one user too, since I have other users who have the same
type of .forward setup, but these aren't bouncing back. Any
ideas what could be causing this?
Is there a way I can have all messages which are sent to
"Root" or to "admin" automatically forwarded to some another
email address? Unless I telnet into my server I'm not made
aware that Root or admin has mail, especially in the above
problem.
