I'm new to the RAQ2, and I need the cgiemail script.
It didn't work. I've done everything from the Knowledge Base. Finally I
enabled debugging of cgi scripts. Here is the result, but I can't figure out
what the problem is. when I run the script I get permission denied.

It works fine on a RAQ1
