[cobalt-users] Messages address to "sys"

I am using a RaQ3i and want to add my email pager address to the
distribution list when the server sends support emails out, like when
the CPU is overloaded.  These are the ones addressed to
"sys@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx".  How do I do this?
