[cobalt-users] Built in backup process

I cannot seem to perform a full server backup any more on a RaQ2.  The
smaller backups work but not the "All server configuration, email, and user
files" backup.  Nothing new was installed recently so I see no reason that
it should stop - it did used to work.

Any ideas or workarounds?
