So..first I have to say...we did it....but it's not an easy way:
we moved 10 domains...and we had more than 4 days.... (about 350 Users...).

If you think: 'why not make an backup on the raq1 and restoring it on the
raq2?' - it doesnt work.
the backup mechanism is not the same. the backup on the raq2 uses an newer
one (with header and so on...).

so what's another way??
'do-it all by hand' is the answer!!

first create the web on the raq2 (over web-interface..add virtualsite..and
so on...)
then add by hand ALL users (the password doesnt matters) (btw: the
mass-add-user script doenst work properly!!!)
then log on as root on both raq's.....from the raq1 copy the shadowed
password-entry und replace the shadowed-one from the raq2 with it...
then look if there were any mailinglist, any forwardings, auto-responders,
etc...
then tar from the old raq the web...and untar it on the new one...
last but no least change the dns settings.....they have to be updated....

i think this was all....so good luck.
if anyone has made a script oder another solution...plz mail it to me.....
i talked to cobalt..but they don't know any other way to move from a raq1 to
a raq2....
