Their are two slots on the  RaQ3 servers as they use standard PC-100
SDRAM DIMMS.  You should be able to find this memory at any computer store,
reseller, superstore, etc. Cobalt angled the slots at 45 degrees so that full 
height memory will fit.

I found a 32mb 8.4gb hdd RaQ3 at Insight for 1582.99
And 128MB Pc100 Industry Standard Memory for $189.99 Total 1772.98
Much cheaper than a 64mb 8.4gb hdd RaQ3 at $1833.99.
