You contact me!
I have a service called Dyname (www.dyname.com) that is working and is up.
It is not ready for commercial use at the moment, we are still discussing
what the web-site should look like and finishing the client software for
Mac/PC and linux (there is a client web-gui aswell which is open for use).
You can go to subscribe.dyname.com to subscribe and then to
login.dyname.com to test and use the system.
Best regards,
Rickard Osser

Have the client then update the DNS records on my RAQ2, and have it convert the www.host.com that I host for them and have it point to the current dynamic IP address assigned to them by their existing ISP.
