the spool file is in /home/spool/username You can delete it, you can edit it
with an editor and remove some messages although the chance of getting a
good spool file when your done is slim...Or you could increase the users
quota, go in with pine and then reduce his quota...

Subject: [cobalt-users] user email spool file
When a users email box has filled up on a RaQ, how can you delete the email
from the users box, without deleting the user in the web based admin.
If I use PINE it tells me that the password is rejected as the quota
was exceeded. ERR unable to copy mail spool file.
Any clues how to just go in and delete the spool file? When I do
delete the file will it then allow the user back in without me doing
anything else?
Thanks...
