Call Kamel peripheral, inc @ 508.435.7771, afaik they are the *only*
approved memory vendor for raq and raq2, I am not sure about raq 3s.  He
does have pricing for them too.

As far hard drives, I have never added on to any of the raqs or cubes we
have.  We usually run out of the ability to host sites then drive space.
