[cobalt-users] Re Front Page Problems

I too am having the same trouble,   what I must have done is change
permissions on the directory somewhere, and so what I had to do was copy the
files from the orig directory, remove the front page extinsions, and then
remake them,   with ./subweb.enable bla bla bla .

This worked (sort of backwards)  but it worked.

I am quite sure there is a more direct way.

My problem is a combination of problems

I want to post to the subweb directly from a windows machine,  so I need rw
permissions on that directory.   on the qube,  but by doing that I screw up
the front page extinsions ..

So Please, someone who has figured out this mess.  Please help us both.    !
